As a hotel receptionist, your main duties would include:

- dealing with bookings by phone or face-to-face

- completing procedures when guests arrive and leave

- preparing bills and taking payments

- taking and passing on messages to guests

- dealing with special requests from guests (like making reservations at restaurants or booking tours)

- answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area

- dealing with complaints or problems

Qualifications / Experience

The candidate must speak fluent English, be responsible, hardworking and outgoing. Other foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish and French are considered a bonus.
