A Vacancy has risen within our team for the position of a Chef on full time basis to work mornings from Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays and Public Holidays. The ideal candidate, who will be responsible for the kitchen of a fast lunch place must be dynamic and ready to work on his/her own initiative with minimum supervision. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the preparation of daily meals and snacks, including drafting of menus, stock control, sanitary standards and able to lead the kitchen team. Knowledge of outside catering and costing is considered an asset.
