This Modern Bistro / Bistronomique Restaurant, is seeking the talent of an experienced Full Time Sous Chef to join its team. The ideal candidate will be creating high standard dishes using only the freshest seasonal produce.

The menu changes regularly.
Qualifications / Experience

Passion for food & previous experience is a must.

Knowledge of Sous Vide, Smoker and Soft Cooker will be considered as an asset.
